The super hard & lubricant PVD coating machine include “ion platting deposition system”.the machine is consist of  main parts :vacuum chamber and its internal parts(carousel, shutter , substrate heaters and etc.),vacuum pumps and other instruments related to vacuum system, evaporation and deposition system include cathodes and the power supplies, software and main PLC control system.
